World Peacekeepers @ Big Lots

In the past month, I have visited one of my local Big Lots stores twice.  They had in stock several World Peacekeepers (WPK).  Unfortunately, for me, none were dark skinned.  I also noticed the former price of $10 has increased by $2. 

Sunday, October 9, 2011, Big Lots is having a storewide sale of 20% off.  If you are in the market for WPK's, check them out tomorrow.  Check out the doll section, too.  There may be other dolls of interest.

Free Doll T-Shirt

THIS ITEM HAS BEEN NAMED AND CLAIMED.  CONGRATULATIONS CHYNADOLL CREATIONS!

This over-sized autographed 2XL T-shirt contains the cover image of my first black-doll reference book along with my autograph. These were made and sold for $15 at the 17th International Black Doll Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2004 where I also sold a few dolls from my collection and conducted a book signing and lecture on collecting black dolls. At that time all sizes were available. Only the 2XL size remains. These beefy weighted T-shirts can be worn over jeans or leggings, used as a night shirt, or framed as one person suggested she planned to do.
